Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Rayfer for the use of rayfer.in. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Questions: crew@rayfer.in.
1. What Rayfer is
Rayfer is a facilitation platform that connects job seekers with employees who can refer them at their companies. We are not an employer, recruiter or hiring agency, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies listed on the site unless we say so.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate, truthful information.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone or apply as a referrer for a company you do not work at.
3. Job seekers
- A plan gives you a number of referral requests. You choose the companies and add a job link or job ID for each.
- Your name, resume, LinkedIn URL, role and message are shared with verified referrers at the companies you choose so they can refer you.
- A referral helps your profile get seen. It does not guarantee an interview, an offer or any hiring outcome. Hiring decisions rest only with the company.
- If a referrer declines your request, it goes back to the queue for another verified referrer at the same company.
4. Referrers
- Every referrer is verified by Rayfer using an official work email and proof of employment before they can see requests.
- Refer candidates only through your company's official referral process and follow your employer's policies.
- Use candidate information only to make the referral. Do not copy, sell, share or contact candidates for anything else.
- Upload honest proof when you submit a referral. False proof leads to removal.
5. Payments, refunds and disputes
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the Pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
- Payments are for referral credits and platform access. Referral credits are non-refundable once used, and we do not refund for outcomes such as rejection or no response from a company.
- Unused referral credits stay on your account.
- If something goes wrong, write to crew@rayfer.in. We review disputes case by case and aim to be fair and transparent.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Rayfer: no spam, fraud, harassment, fake documents, scraping, attempts to access other users' data, or anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload, such as your resume. You give Rayfer permission to store it and share it as described in these terms and the Privacy Policy, only to run the service.
8. AI features
Where Rayfer suggests skills or companies, the suggestions are advisory only and may contain errors. Check important decisions yourself.
9. Liability
Rayfer is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for hiring decisions made by companies, or for the conduct of other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will tell signed-in users before they apply. You can stop using Rayfer and ask us to delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
